Complete form below to request rooms for your team. Individual, family and friend requests can be submitted here too.
Champ Sports Travel will contact you with hotel options. Several hotels will be used for this event, due to the size of the event and hotels in the area.
For teams a personal reservation link will be set up to complete reservations.
All reservations must be reserved by TBD, to secure group rate. Group rates cannot be guaranteed after TBD.
Complete Special Request Section. Indicate if meeting room will be required and size. Include if team meals are required.

Hotel and bed preference are based upon availability. Room type and special requests are not guaranteed.

Reservation Links will be available for reservations once hotel is determined.
Reservations must be in by TBD for group rates.
Team Cancellations to follow Hotel policy.
Team Changes and Cancellations to reservations MUST BE submitted to Champ Sports Travel at sales@champsportstravel.com.
Individuals are to manage their own reservation. Guarantee to credit card. Pay all charges.
Cancellations to any reservation will follow hotel policy.
